South Maple traffic control plan on Feb 11th

The following was issued by the City on Feb 10, 2020:


Notice of Temporary Traffic Control Plan:

South Maple Road between Pennsylvania Avenue and Pauline Boulevard ;

Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020 (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)


Location and Limits of Affected Area:

South Maple Road between Pennsylvania Avenue and Pauline Boulevard.


Description of Work:

Site development, on behalf of Avalon Housing, will occupy South Maple Road to tie in a fire hydrant lead for the Hickory Way Apartments development.


Temporary Traffic Control Plan:

Beginning 7 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, traffic on South Maple Road between Pennsylvania Avenue and Pauline Boulevard will be restricted to one lane with northbound and southbound through- traffic maintained by a flagging operation. Please expect delays.

To maintain the safety of all, please reduce speeds and drive cautiously through the construction area. The city thanks you in advance for your patience.
