2111 Packard Redevelopment Public Meeting Mar 12th

Update: Mar 12, 2020: This public meeting was cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. I will post any follow up information I receive.

The following was sent by Luke Bonner on Feb 27, 2020:


Our next meeting regarding 2111 Packard is scheduled for March 12th   -  6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Grace Christian Church – Youth Room located at 2803 Boardwalk.  This setting will be much more quiet than our previous meeting location.

From that post:

Jackson Dearborn Partners seek to redevelop the property, a former grocery story and other retail uses, into a neighborhood mixed-use development.  The land is currently under contract to be purchased.  A rezoning of the south portion of the site from P (Parking) to C3 (Commercial) will be requested of the city.  Your input is invaluable to our planning and design process.
